It is really true !
Myself a 20 yrs old boy, at the weight of only 45 kg and height of 5'6".
But, I started the following plan,
I eat about 9-10 bananas daily, with curd or milk, 3 bananas at once
And, at morning, I take soaked raisins, almonds and cashew
After 2 months, I am 50.3 kg now and my target is 54 kg which is minimal suitable weight for my height.
Eat repeatedly, take high calorie foods, avoid junk food, take non veg at least twice a week, and stop masturbating
Weight gaining will be easier
