bob and brad . . . terrific! first ex: 1:45 followed by a few more standing ; floor ex 1 is at 5:50; floor ex 2 is at 6:43; standing ex at 9:25; then 10:31; last one 11:28. of all the posture routines i've done on youtube (and i've done quite a few) this is quite simply THE BEST! it's fun, easy and effective! one question: why are the sticks bright blue? i had it painted black; i think a neutral color is a better choice; this is of course just one woman's opinion

Barely finished the third one but this cut my pain levels almost in half. Since I'm broke, all I did was dismantle my mop in substitute of the stick.

I bought the stick and I’m starting to do the routine. Three back surgeries and three other major surgeries all in four years. I have three fusions and now diastasis recti. Hoping this will get me moving I have a long way to go.

So glad you said we could make our own Bob. I was feeling guilty making my own at Lowes. I got 1.25" PVC, and it has less flex for my Hugeness, and the regular 1" for my wife.

Hi, I really like your videos. They are very helpful. I have a cervical disc bulge at c4-c5. I tried these posture exercises of you and I feel the symptoms much lesser; like 50% lesser.
If I continue with these exercises, will my disc bulge be cured somehow?
