30 Minute Bikram Inspired Hatha Yoga | Bikram Flow. Welcome Yogis and thank you for joining me today. This class is great for those who love bikram yoga but don't have the time or means to do the full 60 or 90 minute class. This yoga class is 30 minutes long and features some of the same poses as the Bikram (26+2) sequence with a few other Hatha poses mixed in as well. We will also be doing the same pranayama Kapalbhati breath that is practiced at the end of the Bikram sequence.

I know their is a bunch of controversy over Bikram, the man himself, but I also know a lot of people who really love the actual yoga itself, which is why I wanted to make this video. A few months ago, I attended a daily Bikram Class for two weeks straight in beautiful Coronado California, and I really enjoyed it! After each class, I just felt amazing and so alive. It was challenging, especially with the heat, but also very rewarding.

If you do live in a location that has hot and or humid climate, perhaps you may want to practice this sequence outside to get a familiar experience.
