Bikram Yoga Class with all Bikram Yoga Postures Done Once. Beginners Hot Yoga. You will do Pranyama Deep Breathing to warm up. Then do the 26 bikram yoga poses. Finish with a breathing exercise.

This is beginners yoga. Beginners yoga postures. Great for yoga at home. This yoga can be done in a hot room, in a warm room, or at regular room temperature.

I am just getting back to Bikram Yoga. I started with the 30" class for a month (I am 71). Now I am doing this 45"class for a month. Eventually, I will be doing a full 90" class. Thank you for A GREAT class that I can follow and enjoy!

I really enjoyed this. I'm a busy working mom so the condensed version makes it more realistic to accomplish. Thank you so much for the guidance. It was difficult, as I haven't been practicing yoga regularly in many years, and never practiced the Bikram sequence. I will be returning to this video over and over again.

Multiple commercials in the middle of the video. Very hard to practice yoga this way.👎

You should not have so many advertisements during a yoga class. It’s very distracting you can’t get out of the pose to skip through the commercials. And your voice is cringe
