Here's an express Bikram Yoga Class. In 30 minutes you will do all 26 Bikram Yoga Poses, plus the two breathing exercises. You can do this class in a hot room, a warm room, or regular room temperature. Grab your space heater and mirror. Bikram Yoga is beginners yoga, anyone can do it. Great for gaining flexibility and for releasing stress. Practicing Bikram Yoga will help you sleep better and lose weight. Your clothes will fit better. Your skin will get a glow, and your friends will be funnier :).

I’m a fifty-four year-old man, the other day during a dance audition, we all had to kneel down - all the way down, all the way down, all the way down! 😆 the knees of many people cracked and popped. Not mine. Many of them were much younger than I am. Thank you for helping me.

This is the best 30 min sequence of all the ones on youtube, and I've done them all. I wonder why the others don't do all the postures individually as well, and they all skip the face down resting poses with the head turned first to the right and then to the left and that's super important for my arthritic neck! They also go really fast through the postures, especially on the floor series. Yours is just the right speed. Thanks!

Thank you for making this video. I started getting low back pain, difficulty bending forward in the morning. I challenged myself to 1 month of this video 6 days a week and my back is 70% better. This is a doable task in my daily life because of time constraints vs the 90min class. Thank again.

PERFECT! I have been trying to convince myself to get back into doing Bikram yoga but 60 to 90 minutes is a big commitment and I couldn’t convince myself to do it. This 30 minutes is going to be a great way to build up my stamina and get me back into doing Bikram yoga again!

Really like his approach... no fluff or bs just gets cracking. I always felt like the formal hot yoga class wastes a lot of time between poses. This is how I like to do it.

I practised bikram some years ago now and loved it 😍 I now live in tropical cairns Australia where you can break a sweat doing most anything 😂 so this condensed version is perfect for me these days 🤩thank you ❤❤❤
