Ur shoulder routine helped me w shoulder pain from swimming, my ext rotation was severely lacking but now im as strong as ever shoulder wise. Thank u Ben, my goat!

I did this yesterday and my shoulders and traps felt incredible. It didn’t take much weight either, just 5kg, which means I’ve got a lot of work ahead of me.
Thank you for sharing. I’ll keep this in my routine and progressively overload the movements

Not balancing my pulling and pressing in my teens is why I have a bad shoulder today. I now balance it but still have some shoulder pain. It has improved a ton. I think I will try these exercises. I am not able to do pure shoulder work like presses or pullups right now because they inflame my shoulder bursa.

i think standing against the wall with full motion snow angles is a must as well. full rotation of rotator cuff
