First time doing this workout today and I loved it. Really liked the calmness of your voice and the gentle flow if the movements. I’ve never done a lot of these moves and I’ve been around the YouTube exercise land for a loooonnnnggg time! Using the Band for sit ups is a great idea! Thanks for posting! 🙏

Dear Mira. I absolutely love this class. I have been doing it for the past year at least once a week, since I need to work on my mobility of the shoulders due to my past injury. Do you plan on recording more pilates classes with the resistance band? would love to hear from you about it!! <3

I loved it! The band makes some of the moves easier: e.g. using it eases the discomfort in my hip flexor during Leg Circle (from bringing the leg to 90•). And it makes some moves harder e.g. using the band while pumping in the Hundreds. I used only my long green band this time, but next time I will bring out other props I have, like my mini-band (for Clams) and my no-roll band for Forward-Up-Down-Back. Thank u!

this was wonderful!!
