This is a 25 minute interval training routine! This workout will be fun and easy to follow. "FULL BODY STRENGTHENING BAND WORKOUT." I filmed this in Tuscany, Italy during my 10 day Jenny Fit Start retreat! I have two Jenny Fit Bunch members with me in this video - Dena from Masachusetts (she is 78!!) and Kathy from Georgia. In this video, we will go through 10 standing strengthening exercises (about 2 sets of 10-15) using a band. 5 will be for the upper body, and 5 will be for the lower body. The intention of this video is teach you safe, age appropriate exercises that will help increase the strength in your arms and legs and great for helping managing and preventing OSTEOPOROSIS. Jenny Fit Start is a fitness channel for active seniors. Jenny has 30 years experience in senior fitness and 22 years as a licensed Physical Therapist. You are in good, safe hands with me. Just loved doing this with you from your Tuscany retreat. It really made me feel part of the great 10 day experience. Also great to have these exercises for when I travel and have limited space in a hotel bedroom.

Hi Jenny
This is my first visit to your channel.
Can you please tell me what length of resistance band you all are using? I’m not sure which length to buy. Both 5.9’ and 6.5’ are offered, along with short ones.
