This was absolutely fantastic, not done any strength and conditioning for 6 months no gym, totally lost my way in remembering everything I was taught with the coach, did the whole 30min, with heating on low heat, got sweat on, did it with red band my green black blue bands too thick not long enough please send more for everything, I need to sort my back scapular get strong again.. happy new year.. thank you

Just found you guys. First time working out after a moving to a different country, having a C-section and 9 months postpartum. It's been difficult getting back to being active after years of strength training. Your band workouts are a savior.
