Resistance Band Chair Exercises for Seniors & Beginners || Full Body 30 minute Workout

Join me for an all seated resistance band workout that is joint friendly! In 30 minutes we will strengthen and tone all areas of the body using a stretchy band. I'm using a theraband, but a resistance band with handles would also work for this workout as well.
Make this workout your own! Don't be fooled thinking this is easy because it's a chair workout. You can easily make these exercises more challenging by shortening your band therefore creating more resistance.
You will build strength and feel the heat in your biceps, triceps, shoulders, upper back, core, glutes and thighs! Let's get started!

Another amazing chair workout, Lauren!
I did all of your chair workouts and I think this one is going to be my favorite. It’s been few months since I started working out with you and I regained a lot of flexibility and strength. I was bedridden until recently but yesterday I was able to walk 4K! I couldn’t believe it. I can’t thank you enough! 💕I will keep going!

I always look forward to Monday to see the next workout drop.
I had a covid shot yesterday and am a little dizzy today. Thought I couldn’t exercise- saw this and did it seated - perfect. One can always find something appropriate to the situation on Lauren’s channel. Thank you!

So there I am, minding my own business really into this workout, focusing and got a serious resistance going on, pushing those arms out and **** SNAP**** After my heart came back down in my chest from my throat, I be like ... nice, , , real nice....so paused video till I found something to sub with. Gotta get new straps. Im gonna feel this workout for three days or more I can tell. Good stuff !

Oh i underestimated this! haha they look easy but don't be fooled, i worked up quite a sweat! As someone who has exercised vigorously, i could never imagine that i'd do a seated exercise, but here i am, injured and doing it, but this workout was truly good! You actually accomplished the impossible - you developed a workout I actually ENJOY and look forward to doing. DIdn't think that would ever happen. This is such a great workout to do while traveling. So long as you have your computer or tablet you can access the channel and stretchy bands weigh nothing so packing them and carrying them in baggage is a snap. Thank you!

I always overlooked workouts on a chair. I hate chairs which are the cause for many health issues, don't need them with my workouts. But today is sooo hot in Athens and we are having a long lasting heatwave... So I decided as I wear in my shorts and barefoot to sit on my chair and grab my band and do a light workouts (this is what I was thinking..). Little I've known! Wow! Very challenging even for a non senior or non injured! Thank you Lauren! ❤❤❤❤

Great work out presented really well at a pace I could follow. Couldn't manage the hip flexor move at 23 minutes as I have a dropped foot but managed everything else and could feel the effect.

Hi Lauren, You really do have a wonderful program, selection, manner and way of caring. I am 82 and have recently had major foot surgery but with your sessions my fitness is returning and your sessions every morning for the past month have given me a whole new sense of purpose and achievement. The difference in just 4 weeks is seriously exciting for a normally really fit 'oldie'. A million thanks dear lady. Keep up the good work!!
