Your videos should be recommended by the physician because they have helped me so much more than the piece of paper they send you home with. Everyone who is referred to you should also subscribe! Thank you, Michelle! You are a Godsend.

Wow, I am so glad I have found you on here. To see you actually doing the exercises does make it easier to feel that I'm slowly improving. I broke the radius (fragments of radius)and the ulna of my right wrist, falling off a horse. Cast off two weeks now. No exercises from hospital, just a referral for physio. First appt not for a few weeks yet, so instead I have a wonderful osteopath who is treating me along with sciatica. He's the only therapist that has almost got rid of 30 years worth of sciatica, hence my faith in him. I think following your video's and his treatment will be the answer. I err expect, hope, pray I can ride in another 4 wks from now ! 😉

I just had my cast removed today. I don't really want to go to physio due to lack of time. Thanks God I found your channel. I will be following what you taught in your videos to recover from distal radius fracture. Thank you so much.

I think these exercises are great. I had a distal fracture at the end of last year which is bad enough, but even worse because I play piano. When I had a cast on I found quite a lot of piano pieces for left hand only since I broke my right wrist. Now three months after the cast coming off and doing your exercises my fingers are much less stiff and I am playing piano with both hands again, although some positions on the piano are a bit painful. I´d like like to thank you for the exercises and say it´s great of you to help so many people.

I can’t thank you enough for this and your other videos! I got a plate and screws after a bad fall. My pinky looked like a hammer toe and was incredibly painful and stiff. 10 minutes of your stretches and my hand feels less stiff. I have hope my hand will eventually be restored to full motion!

Thank you so much, Michelle. I broke my wrist 6 weeks ago and just got the cast removed. I found your videos right after the injury and they've been super helpful for working on range of motion and smooth movement. I'm an accordionist so anxious to get back to playing.

Dear Michelle Thank you so much! I really felt this and am sure it will, all get easier…. I am day 2 out of my cast and keen to do all the right things to help get going again. I am 62 a swimmer, cyclist and fast walker and have really felt the loss of my mobility- but this first video I’ve watched is fantastic, easy to follow and I’ll be doing my daily exercises religiously with the video. This was so helpful- my cast was removed a few days ago and I'm surprised at just how stiff and sore my hand and fingers are - swollen and inflamed. However after trying these gentle exercises I see that there is hope on the horizon - thank you.
