I am 63 years and have been active with jogging and modern dance for many years until I fell I'll and arthritis took over. I have had both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Please suggest some gentle exercise

Knee exercises, please. I just started getting pain in the right knee on the outside part of my knee where the 2 bones are. It is a sharp pain and causes my knee to collapse/give out. Thx! 🙏

I have severe forward head position which has created a huge hump at the top of my spine. How do I stretch out all those tendons that are now pulling down. Thank you!

Thanks, I really needed this. Also, I can't straighten my right leg completely because then my knee hurts. E.g, if I'm sitting and I lift my leg to completely straighten it, I can't. I get a sharp pain in the front bottom part of my knee. Please let me know what exercises I should do to help this issue ? Thanks

These are great, but I have too many hand problems to make these doable. Frankly, they hurt big time. What would be really helpful, is if you could show some modifications to some of the exercises where you lean heavily on your hands, so those of us with issues can still do them effectively. I'm specifically thinking of some of the yoga poses, and fire hydrants, etc. Thanks!
