I did this workout today, just finished It, and I think its quite good to keep your legs strong un a short amount of time if You go intense, in the 3 minutes of jump squats I managed to do 117 jump squats, after that my legs have started shaking like hell When Im just standing, 20 minutes have passed and they are still shaking!!

My leg day is actually really identical to this, only thing different is that i dont have enough room for practicing pistol squats so instead im doing single leg “squats” on a squat/jump box by putting a leg up, and then pushing myself all the way to fully extended knees. Other than that bulgarian split squats, squats, and the bridges are all on point. Glad to know I have a solid routine!

Thanks for the pistol squat suggestions. I'm at about 22% body fat (I do have SOME muscle around my body) and my left side is a bit uneven due to cancer treatment from a young age. So balancing is difficult and getting low is too with my slight belly. It doesn't have folds unless I get low.

Which I can but as I get more flexible and work out it can hinder progress.
