Never skip leg day boys, my girl is constantly rubbing and squeezing my quads says what nice legs I have she also love how my glutes are pretty solid

I went from doing 1 leg day a week and hating it to doing 2 leg day a week with proper volume and absolutely loving leg days. Kneeovertoe guy and squat university made my love leg days.

Been a life long hater of leg day, recently some switch flipped and now they are my favorite exercise to do, it's like hell training them but so rewarding

Skipping legs can also lead to weakness to then injuries..

The biggest muscle in the body are your gluteus. It be counterproductive not to train them.

i never skip legs, there have been times where i was really tempted to but i just push through it. i love training upper body more than legs tbh.

Its all about balance!! Front/ back, left right and upper and lower body. This is the most sustainable for all years to come💪💪💪

Thought true, I find legs to be the most beneficial for endurance training. That's why I train my legs for endurance rather than for strength, although not exclusively, ofc.

Feel like there's a lot of gains that people are missing out of they skip out on leg days. Overall it improves your CNS and your upper body will be a lot stronger because of it.

Including legs at the beginning of strength-intensive workouts after the warm-up (with isometrics, for example) is beneficial (for muscle growth and testosterone production), or so I’ve read.
