This video will help you create length and not bulk in your abs. We focus on creating elongated ab muscles with this ab workout. Pull your low belly in toward your spine and focus on pulling IN when you crunch. Exhale and feel your transverse abs pulling in. Relax your neck and shoulders and really crunch from your stomach. Think of pulling your bottom rib to the top of your hip.

Lauren, i love your videos, thank you for the effort you put in.I especially love 10-20min workouts that combine abs plus another body part (legs, butt, inner thighs, etc) so that we can target problematic areas and get our ab work in, in one shot. Great workout!! can you workout abs everyday? i wasn't able to do the planks. i think i need to build to those but did the first portion. :)

do you have any exercises to widen hips and get a bigger butt? I'm an inverted triangle, so I gain weight in my breasts and stomach, and I'm recovering from anorexia, ...so it is NOT flattering :C

This was great, I've been looking for "how to get abs back in shape" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Wiyila Tenadison Principle - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
