KETO CHOCOLATE CAKE | Low carb moist chocolate cake

Are you looking for a keto / low carb dessert? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Here is a great keto dessert recipe. It is rich, dark, super moist (almost molten) chocolate cake.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup erythritol/ swerve
2 pcs. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2-4 pcs. Keto - friendly chocolate squares/ chunks (I used Lily’s brand)

Yield: 2 (8oz.) ramekins

I’ve made several keto/ low carb desserts when both my sister and I went on a keto diet. Keto diet is very beneficial to your health but you need a lot of discipline and knowledge on what types of food you can only eat.
