5 MINUTE OVENLESS CAKE! How to Make Keto Chocolate Cake - Dairy Free!

No bake chocolate cake

Serves: 10
Batter Makes:
2 x 6” cake
1 x 8” cake

Directions:
Prepare a microwave safe bowl or silicone pan and add parchment paper and spray release
Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix
Pour into microwave safe bowl and cook at 2 minutes at a time
Cook until done
Allow to cool remove from the dish and plate.
Heat both the chocolate chips and almond milk until all well combined.
Cool for 2 minutes and pour over the cake.
Enjoy.

I just made this for my son’s birthday cake and I used a 10x7 pan and it came out perfect in the oven. I cooked it for 33 minutes on 325 degrees. I used butter and it was a bit thicker than hers but it rose just fine.

Am I the only one who doesn’t keep liquid egg whites on hand? I tried finding the answer in the comments and on the recipe itself, but no luck. I googled it and found you would need 8 whole eggs to equal 1 cup of liquid egg whites. I’m going to try this tonight but there’s only 2 of us, so I will halve the recipe, using 4 whole eggs in place of the liquid egg whites. Posting this just in case there is anyone else who doesn’t keep liquid egg whites on hand! UPDATE: cake turned out beautifully awesome! So delicious and rose quite well. I had bought the silicon baking pans and love them. I did halve the recipe and it made a very generous 6” cake. Frosted it with ganache. Incredible! Lasted us 3 days on the counter - good to the last bite!!

I just tried this recipe and I am so glad I did! I'm allergic to wheat and gluten so I've been without my favorite dessert for a while. This cake is so moist and flavorful that a little goes a long way. The only modification I made was to add some sugar-free, raspberry syrup to the chocolate topping and it is fabulous! Thank you so much for this video!

Holy moly! It worked! Tastes just like a baked cake. Lovely powerful chocolate flavor, not too sweet, and so easy... It was done by the time I cleaned up the bowl and spoons.

Wow genius ...tried it now and it worked beautifully...utterly delicious...used the whole batter at once and it took around 6.5 minutes in my microwave but I checked every 2 minutes as you suggest...I used allulose as I can't tolerate Erythritol but need to up the sweeter next time or add more to the ganache. Thank you so much!
