I used to make regular Nutella brownies now that I'm keto I did these. I doubled the recipe using an 8x8 pan and I used choczero dark chocolate hazelnut which is a little less sweet so when I whipped the eggs I added two tablespoons of allulose which also helped the eggs aerate and come to a fluffy billowy volume. My secret ingredient to ensure fudgy and not cakey brownies is I added two tablespoons of avocado oil to the hazelnut spread by increasing the fat content adds to fudgy or brownies and it's best to use unsaturated or polyunsaturated fat adding butter could make them cakey. I also add in about a quarter cup of Lily's Mini chocolate chips so yes it's a few more than two ingredients but man oh man is it fudgy and delicious and still really easy

This is my Keto Euphoria!! I add a half tablespoon of ground Instant coffee and vanilla also about 15 Lily’s or choczero chocolate chips! It’s Devine!!!

We make homemade keto icecream using heavy cream, monkfruit and vanilla extract. It's delicious. We also make chocolate icecream by adding cocoa powder instead of vanilla extract. They both are so good!

The Choc zero version of nutella is the best, and their white chocolate hazelnut spread is addictive. I cannot believe how good it is and I usually only eat very, very dark chocolate.

Wow I made one of these this morning. I modified slightly, used 1 egg and I didn’t have any sugar free spread but I used bonne maman dark chocolate orange spread which is incredible❤. I also added a little boiling water. This was amazing! So fudgy and brownie-like! Thank you - I need to get some sugar free chocolate spread now

There are a bunch of two-three ingredient recipes...especially sweet treats. I must admit the only one I have tried is using different nut butters with different sugar free chocolate flavors to make "keto fudge."

Someone mentioned using their Ninja blender to beat the eggs. What a great idea. I don’t like using erythritol as a sweetener all the time. So not having to use any type of a artificial sweetener in this is wonderful. Good job🎉

I love your videos. I'm not really keto, just keto-ish. I'm diabetic, though, so keeping carbs low is critical. I do bake, but not so often now that I have to watch my carbs. I'm already planning to make my own keto hazelnut spread, and I'll use it for these brownies.
I think you could do this with almond butter, unsweetened baking chocolate (melted into part of the almond butter) allulose or erythritol, and of course, the eggs. That's 4 ingredients, but I'll test it. If it works, you want it?

I always used to take my brownies out of the oven before they were done so they would be gooey in the middle. I would definitely try that with this. I think I would also layer some dark chocolate chips in the middle.
