KETO Chocolate Cake - Only 2.5g Carbs Per Serve

If you have a sweet tooth like me but looking for a guilt free option, then you’ll love this flourless (almond flour), keto chocolate cake. Only 2.5g of net carbs per slice and 130 calories, this cake is simple to make and absolutely delicious.

Recipe:
For the Cake
Preheat oven to 175C or 350F
Use mixer and combine the following ingredients in the order listed:
1.5 cups Almond Flour
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (no sugar)
2.25 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 cup Granulated Erythritol
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Water or Milk (of your choice)
3 Eggs (I use 70g size)
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Line an 8 inch cake pan with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes until firm (depending on your oven). Makes 8 slices

Icing for Cake
1 cup Erythritol Powdered Sugar (or something comparable)
1/4 cup Cocoa
1/4 cup Butter at room temperature
2 to 5 tbsp Milk

Prepare and blend ingredients together with mixer/blender until smooth. Apply frosting once cake cools down.
