Wow! I didn't quite believe you first but this is definitely the BEST and fluffiest mug cake I have ever had!! I did not have the MCT Oil but tried it with the Quest Nutrition Coconut Oil Powder instead and it worked great. Plus, it is much cheaper than the MCT version. It makes such a big cake with just one egg that I am going to make 2 servings out of it. Together with someone warm raspberries and coconut cream or keto ice cream it makes the perfect dessert. Thanks so much for sharing!!! It will bei a regular treat for me from now on :-)

You guys! I just made this without the perfect keto powder. Some of us are hocus brokus! Add 1/2 cup of mix with one egg and 1 tablespoon of butter. Microwave for 70 seconds. It's fantastic! I put egg and butter in mug first. Then mixed in powder. I also microwaved some cream cheese and mixed it with Stevia as a topping. Delicious! Thank you guys for giving us the idea!

I just made this with the ‘off the shelf’ mct powder I had on hand. I added my egg and a few Lilly’s chocolate chips...delicious!
