I am writing this after doing this workout for almost 3 week (5-6 days in a week) I can see the change in my body overal inches are reduced not much but begin to, taking healthy diet also. Only negative points are it has lot of hand moments which lead to pain specially on left biceps and at duration 8:17 and 21:05 hips and tummy moments are too fast which lead to stomach ache on one side might happen with me only thought of sharing wil do this few more days and see the difference.
Overall it’s a good workout for people wants to loose at home

i feel a certain kind of pain inside my body specifically near right rib cage when i am in middle of these workouts, they occur on more of the stomach movement exercises then i have to stop or else the pain increases . Is that happens with some one else as well ?
Should i stop these ?
