Your exercises helped me a lot..i still eat anything in moderation..and doing your exercises i really felt the improvement in mental focus, strength, mobility, flexibility, agility, ..and now i have an "almost flat stomach"..😂.not gonna deny i thought ill hve those belly for life..but now i have already have that 11 abs😁.from 32 waist, down to 28..from saggy arms, to toned, i now can wear sleeveless.. Hahhahahhaa..from large shirts down to small(xs fits me well), my hips, my legs, i can, say my body is better..i can't even imagine i can recover from that worst shape of mine.(my body aches were gone, my mind grains, my neck pain, and my mood swings) ..i am really happy i decided to loose weight..really exercises and meditations are a must esp when we age..
