30 Minute Sexy and Sculpted Arm - Cardio and Arm HIIT Workout - Ok, we've got a fast paced workout on the menu today! We'll hit 2 bicep exercises, then a cardio, 2 triceps exercises, then a cardio, 2 shoulder exercises, then a cardio. We'll give the arms a nice focus, then kick up our heart rates with that cardio. It's also a no repeat workout, so no one's getting bored today!

This was a great workout, probably one of my top favs. The flow yet intensity was great!! I too would also like to see more like this one.

I loved this format. I struggle with shoulder exercises but this format worked for me. I really want to work on biceps and triceps. I actually went back and did most of the bicep and tricep exercises again. Thanks Tracy!

I loved this one! I really appreciate the 30-minute workouts. They’re perfect when that’s all the time you have for a workout. And you can stack them together for days when you have more time. I have to admit that I often choose a different trainer’s workout if all I see are 45-minute options here. I know 30 minutes may not be ideal, but it’s better than nothing when I’m short on time!

Thank you for this wonderful 30 min. workout. I wanted to do this last week but I had to do other things.
However I’ve done it and I’m glad I joined it. Love the combination of strength and cardio. The no repeat rounds were great.
