Hey Jay! Your videos have been super helpful. I grew up lifting, starting at about 15 out of a friend's dad's garage. Good stuff. As life got busy and I moved around I no longer frequented the gym. That was probably 12 years ago. Last year at 35 I finally started getting back to a regular lifting schedule. Seeing you doing what you're doing in your early fifties has been awesome to see and your break down of your routines have been very helpful. Thanks for putting this stuff out for everyone to benefit.

Jay, for rear delt you showed the cable rear fly and that is the best rear delt workout. Btw I really appreciate the closing remarks about the goals, would like to see more content about how you go about achieving goals.

All I have at home right now is a bench and a set of dumbbells but I tried to follow along with this workout as best as I could lol, still got a crazy pump! Thanks Jay

Hi Jay, great video as usual.
I hope you will have a big and full 2025, there's so much potential in everyone of us.
Personally, I am generally aiming to:
1) Getting shredded for the very first time in my life (right now I'm at 250). By the way I just got a poster of you, Arnold and Rich Piana on my kitchen wall.
2) Learning new stuff in different fields. Getting as much knowledge as possible.
I wish anyone a great 2025, time to grow and to make things happen. Life is great!!
