These are 3 shoulder exercises that helped me build larger side (medial) delts. For years I was lacking in the shoulders until I started training them a lot harder with more volume and repetitions.Be sure to use moderate weight while keeping proper form through each repetition before going heavy. The side laterals with dumbbells have always been a difficult movement for me to master where I can actually feel it in my shoulder. I always have trouble mastering the form. This video is very helpful. I like to use the cable but I will try to use the dumbbells more.
