ABOUT TRAVIS
After surviving a near death experience in Kauai and another during the Thailand Tsunami of 2004, Travis Eliot dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of yoga and meditation to as many people as possible. Travis is a world-renowned yoga and meditation teacher and author. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his family and teaches his signature Holistic Yoga Flow classes in workshops, festivals and retreats around the world. His style is intensely dynamic, infused with practical wisdom and has inspired many of today's top athletes, celebrities, and entertainers.

Thank you for filming a 20 minute bedtime class!! It’s absolutely perfect for the nights I need more than 10 but it’s too late for 30. God bless you and Lauren for your incredible teaching styles. I rarely comment on videos, this maybe my 2nd or 3rd time but I had to say thank you for this. I just bought a yoga mat a few days ago and have been struggling to find a video I can follow. I am pretty athletic (rock climber, skier, lift weights) but I am not very flexible. This was a beautiful video and the first video where I felt like I understood why people do yoga. Thank you for showing me this new found sense of inner peace and contentment. I will be watching your content moving forward through my yoga journey 🙏👌✌️

I did this yin bedtime class for the first time last night and slept better and longer than I have done for ages! I am 62 years old and my sleep has increasingly worsened with age. Hopefully by calming the body down with this routine I will gradually become 'a better sleeper'🤞
I am however a huge fan of your power yoga classes and will stick to that practice as my daily routine. I love your way of teaching, your calm voice, gentle humour and powerful stories🙏🏻🥰
