I suffer from health anxiety and I hate how it affects my life. I worry way too much and over exaggerate a lot. I recently found your channel and wow you are amazing. I'm a 17 year old suffering from anxiety . Although I'm not diagnosed with it I do experience mild anxiety . I ponder way too much, and well it leads to anxiety . I've looked into your videos and wow, very eye opening . I'm going to start using your tools throughout my daily life . Also this meditation helped me a lot . I'm very happy to be subscribed to you :)

I feel more relaxed now. I’ve been struggling with anxiety for years now and had finally gotten control of my mind back a few months back until anxiety creeped up on me again, stealthily and unforeseen. Now I’ve been struggling with a scattered mind and wild thoughts so I thought I’d give meditation a try. It actually made me feel okay, if only for a few minutes. I even cried a little lol. Either way, thank you for this meditation :)

Once again you calmed my nerves. My sons first birthday is next month. He was stillborn 10 days before his birthday. My anxiety is at a high right now. I miss him so much. God bless you Denise thank you again.

I was having chest pains, neck pains and shoulder pains, thinking I was going to have a heart attack. But this put me in an amazing state of relaxation and my pains were mostly gone. Thank you :)

A brilliant start to my working day.. this is just the right length for me on a weekday after listening to the affirmations and this after .... i am off and ready to go even though i am 85% better i still keep these up daily.... Thank you 😊

I just got this in with about 300 people in the lobby🤣. I really get worked up at ball games and so I found me a nice spot and put my headphones Soooo worth it!!! ❤️. I needed to bring it down a notch! Lol

This video is amazing, it relaxed and helped me so much compared to other videos. Some videos actually creep me the fuck out and make my anxiety worse because of the mental scenarios​ they put the listener in. Keep up the good work 👏
