I went too fast with deadlifts and such. I lift pretty heavy but need these gentler exercises because I’m scared of hurting my back! Thank you!

How many weeks before I should notice a difference in the stability of my lower back? Thank you! I suffer from spasm that feel like a sudden jolt through my back every so many months so like 2-3 times a year.
