Oh brother, I cannot I believe I just heard him say 3 meals a day and 3 snacks a day! That's what is wrong with people NOW. they eat so often they are causing their insulin to spike every time they eat..too much insulin, good recipe for insulin resistance and then type 2 diabetes. Sorry Dr. Smith you are way off. And juice??? Juice is pure sugar...no no no not good for you. Oh man I'm so disappointed.
