This video shows some of the best exercises to help with your planche progress. Take long rests 3-5minutes rest. Its really important to do that so you are at full strength at every set. We want to get used to holding each movement with the best possible form. I've been training for the planche but with a retracted scapula.

Hey, I have a problem. My elbows hurt while doing push ups and other exercises for arms. I think it is because I'm doing too much reps as a beginner, but let me know what you think!
