I am still confused about being in a calorie deficit. Come to think of it, just a slice of cake contains so much calorie, and this is just a snack. Then you add other main food 3 times a day. You work out and burn maybe 300 calories. How possible is it to be in calorie deficit when our stable foods are dense in carbs. Counting calories has never worked so many times in the long run. We often fail because our bodies are craving for more. Can we have a sustainable alternative, please? I appreciate most of your dishes, though, and your consistency. Weldone!
