Watching you eat lunch and then not finishing the plate was really unreal to me, in a beautiful way. So often I will make a giant plate of food & feel this extreme need to finish it even if I’m full half way through. Watching you stop eating & put the rest away was like being given permission to honour my body and stop eating when my body feels done with eating. Thank you ❤️

Watching you eat the milk chocolate bar made me stop and think about how that’s actually my favourite kind of chocolate but for years I’ve been compromising by buying dark chocolate because it’s ‘healthier’. Don’t even realise the things I restrict subconsciously because I’ve made it a habit now. Thank you so much for this video, you’re amazing!! Starting my journey now and although it’ll be hard I know it’ll be worth it :)

This is so refreshing, because it's so real and you are compassionate to yourself instead of the millions of hard, cold, perfectionist what I eat in a day video's that are out there (and I get trapped down the diet culture/orthorexia diet hole myself regularly). THANK YOU for making this <3

I saw your story a couple of days ago. Seeing you enjoying food, not obsessing over it and just live is amazing. I have struggled with disordered eating since I was about 10 years old. Having been trapped in it for 17 years really makes you think that there is no hope. You are however a beacon of hope for us who are still looking for a way out. If I lived in your country I would have contacted you for help but being from Sweden I don't think it is possible. Anyway, thank you for inspiration and hope!

I don’t know if it was this video or another where you talk about rules but for me that is definitely a huge holdup. I make rules that don’t even need to exist and just torture myself by making my life harder than it needs to be. Now I am ready to throw away rules that hold me back from being happy with myself and my life. They honestly don’t do me any good and are just used to make myself feel bad for the way I choose to live my life.I am glad I found your videos because I have struggled with putting too much focus on food and how I think my life is supposed to look like for a long time without knowing how to break free. Thanks for just helping me take the mental pressure off of myself.

I start with 2 glasses of water followed with a cup of coffee and breakfast follows after an hour or two depends when I feel like it😁

I just found your channel about a week ago and i so pray i can be healthy like you and not obess about being so underweight and not eating. Weird because this hapoened to be shen i hit menopause about 5 years ago. All my life i was overweight and picked on as a kid. I was really obeese in my twenties but then lost weight. Then just just overweight in my 30's and 40's. Then like i said around 50 menopause hit i had a major panic attack and since then i have become underweight. I am so scared to put on weight. I am praying your channel will help. Thanks for all you do

I had a question though, I'm currently a university student and I was wondering if you had any tips for eating freely on a budget. I'm realizing that I don't often have the ingredients or parts of a meal that feels like what my body needs at that time on hand or have the budget for highly diverse meal options. How would you deal with a situation like this?
