You are like the definition of balance, always doing what your body needs whether it’s a high intensity workout or a day of rest. It also shows in how you eat. Don't get me wrong Anna seems so sweet and ik she's a real human with feelings not just an influencer but I say this for other young people watching this and reading the encouraging comments...no this isn't normal for the vast majority. One burger in a blue moon doesn't make this balanced. I really don't understand why she's excluded from constructive honest criticism. Considering her career is working out...HOW is this enough ? It seems like a dangerously low amount calorically and macronutrient wise and nothing about these reels are realistic ... I suffer from thin pcos because I watched influences like her all during lockdown and accepted this lifestyle is healthy and goals but it is a lie. It's dangerous...

Please if your watching this know if you need more food than this then don't be scared to eat more. Every body is different and some may need more or less. If you eat less than what your body needs it can be very harmful to all organs and can cause them to stop working. PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU do not copy this if you are still hungry. Tip - Just because her version of healthy is more clean eating doesn’t mean ur has to be! She feels good an satiated with the coconut bar don’t feel guilty if you want ice cream or a cookie after a meal! No food is a bad food !!!
