I feel like you’re one of the few creator who eats foods and amounts i can relate to and are something realistic. Who would be satiated after a small slice of bread with 1/4 of an avocado?! So thank you for that!!

I've come across your Shorts recently and instantly enjoyed your content. A lot of people, including me, struggle with finding a sustainable and healthy balance with food (and exercise) and i believe that your affirmations and approach towards food, that you spread, can help people to get out of a place of constant worry and struggle. So, thank you for that <3

Such a wild journey fr.
Half an hour ago I was spiraling, my body was sending out the signal that I was starving.
I felt like I could’ve eaten a giant meal.
But I just had a good amount of food 2-3 hours ago and my stomach felt physically full.
So I knew it couldn’t be that.
I tried anything to distract and calm myself down and now I have calmed down a little and do not feel hungry at all.
I googled it and read that apparently overeating can override the natural hunger response and your hormones can get out of balance.
It’s insane to think that sometimes the body can be screaming for food even though you’re not actually hungry, it felt so real before.
I believe it’s still the effect from older generations when it was a thing to tell children to eat everything on the plate, no matter if they were hungry or not.
I agree with the message, finding balance is key even though it can be challenging.
