Harmful perfectionism and too high standards are a side effect of self-improvement no one talks about. Thanks for this, Cole

Baby steps ❤ It's amazing what you can accomplish with just baby steps. And baby steps far outweigh no steps😊

No I cant take it anymore, I cant stop feeling guilty about stuff I did to people, when I wasnt even in control. I got gaslighted my whole Life into thinking Im a bad person, a Manipulator, Im having nightmares of people that I accidently hurt because they dont forgive me, I cant move on and concentrate on my stuff until they do

I got this notification seconds after I failed in something really important - this video prevented me from being self critical. Amazing timing.

Can I say this… It’s okay to admit we could’ve done better today. I don’t like overhyping small progress, or validating no progress at all. It’s okay to be a little tough on yourself. As long as you roll with the punches and learn. I’m hesitant to co-sign this participation trophy mentality. Open to have my mind changed tho
