Wow I just finished my first day my thighs hurt a lot after the exercise even after waking up in the morning why

I have done roberta's exercises for 1 year, During that time I used to do her 2 video exercise together.

My school started, I took 2 years break, Came back here again, today was my first day after so long.
Now I am only able to do 10mins and felt like dizzy...
I will not give up, tomorrow i'll increase my capacity.
It happens sometime, I'll bring that old me again...
