I love the EZ bar. It's gentle on my elbows and wrists and allows me to go to failure on every set without any joint soreness.

I'm in my early '40s and I do exactly this with all body parts and it works really well. Seems to cut down on fatigue as well. I can't tell you how much you have helped me with my exercise and diet knowledge. Mike. Please also keep up the debunking of misinformation regarding food and exercise. Super important in this era of post fact reality.

I do 5 sets of ez bar curls 3x a week. Seen some great growth moving from chin-ups to direct bicep work

Oddly enough the ez curl bar and preacher bench are almost always available. I've always appreciated that because it's one of my favorites.

A lots of bodybuilders say they don't like the easy curl bar because it does not work the bicep properly. So really depends who you listen to for advice on what you should do or not to

2 sets for biceps and I feel really pumped. After that I do another 2 sets with the same dumbbells but in a different position and there you go, a full biceps workout

All i do is easy bar curls and Chin ups and thats all i’ll ever need for biceps. Its very simple.

Mike says biceps just recover magickly everyday.
After doing 4 sets of recline curls, 4 of preacher hammer curls and a couple sets of cable curls (the good ones) - My arms are toast for a few days.

I literally only do ez bar curls for bis and overhead extensions for tris, its been working so I wont change.
