I stopped drinking distilled water two years ago bc ppl were saying that it leeched nutrients from your bones etc. As an RN, I knew better. I add lemon to make it alkaline. It tastes so much better too. You can also add nutrients back to it if you’re not getting from your food (which in reality, is us all pretty much in general). Now, I KNOW it doesn’t leech vital nutrients, I’ll drink it everyday all day.

Myself I have been using Distilled for thirty years, I can smell tap water now...
Rain is poisonous now with all the chemtrail residue, can not eat the white snow now billy..

You helped finalize my decision, thank you all who commented and thanks for the video. Distiller it is. Can get pretty decent ones that produce 2 gals a day for like 500 bucks. Its your health and life. Think about how much you spend on nasty restaurant food monthly. Super worth it

I tested some Poland Spring water and found a small amount of chlorine in it. I will call them when I have the time and find out why?

they just started testing groundwater for PFA's finally as they are not regulated...so far over 9 million people...500 wells worth are way full of it sadly...hopefully more states people start demanding their groundwater be tested finally for it also

After drinking straight distilled water for a few weeks I noticed my throat became really dry, like the water was so pure it was removing mucus. I switched to Rev. Osmosis for daily drinking and the distilled is for ice cubes, coffee and cooking.

Distilled is more for short If you use long term it seems to leech minerals. I was eating whole organic nutrient dense foods and still having tooth decay. When i started introducing fresh mountain spring water/structured water and mineral rich water i had significantly less tooth decay. I still enjoy distilled/purified water but i always try mix things up during the day and drink some spring water too because spring is how nature intended for us not distilled. You could always use Shilajit, Rock Salts or Liquid Minerals to re-minieralize and re-energize/liven the distilled/purified water you use.

At least I got 6 months out of my RO system before now finding out Distilled water is better. I really like that distilled water is so much smaller system and cheap and portable. The RO system is a beast and yer like you say...so wasteful at 1 litre of drinking water to 3 litres down the drain.

I agree about distilled. However, I keep seeing things about RO which actually show they leave water more refined than distilling. Distilling is great but the only problem is anything that evaporated at or around waters 212F boiling point will distill right alongside the water. Chlorine and fluoride, as well as some drugs, fit that category. This is why most places will pair distillation with ozonation or deionization plus microfiltration because it needs to remove the things that get through or may get through if distilled straight from the tap without first removing such chemicals.

RO, however, takes a different approach which is to remove everything, including the drugs and chemicals via a ton of different types of minerals and neutralizers and finally membranes. The only issue I see if those RO companies still believe we need to drink minerals so they recontaminate their water after filtration... The latest roomer is that the only difference between organic and inorganic is a carbon atom bonded to the minerals. So supposedly they are now using carbon bonded minerals to make them artificially "bioavailable, organic minerals". I haven't heard anyone fore or against this claim on the distillation side, what do you think?

reverse osmosis water from the store messes up my voice and throat and distilled water from my tap water makes me feel good.
i distilled some reverse osmosis water i got and it was relatively clean compared to the filtered tap water but it had some oily looking crap in it.
i think he's right about it having a bad charge on it too.
i feel better drinking my filtered tap water than the reverse osmosis crap.
my distiller couldnt even fix whatever the reverse osmosis did to the water.

ive been doing distilled water on gerson for 2 yrs. what concerns me though is my teeth and my dogs teeth have gone GRAY and im losing my teeth as it he. This concerns me could this be cause? im worried about it both my dog and i eat super healthy he eats pat lazarus holistic vet recommended. i im vegan do 6 organic juices several times a day. the dogs also get organic juices.
i take a few basic gerson supplements. co enzyme Q10, vit B12, niacin, vit d3, im really worried that its the distilled causing his teeth to fall out at front and mine have started to rot for no reason. MY teeth have always been beautiful never gray. and never started to rot. literally where there is no filings my front teeth taste decay. Ive got an apt with dentist soon see if something else is going on but dog now has lost 3 teeth and a 4th is loose. He eats no dog treats nothing at all processed its all natural raw meat, brown rice, wholemeal bread.
i stopped distilling wondering after seeing his teeth missing too if its the distilled water.
