💦 Healthy Water: Which is BEST WATER to Drink 💦

Показать описание
What is the healthiest water to drink? An important question. We should probably think back to what our ancestors had to drink. Ideally, they would drink collected rain water, distilled by the sun and devoid of any contaminants. If they couldn't get distilled, they would drink ground water, preferably from moving water. Full of minerals, but potentially containing dangerous bacteria and/or viruses.

Today we don't have to worry very much about parasites, bacteria and/or viruses in our water, but we do have to worry about plastics, chemicals, and other toxins in our water. Municipal water is often over chlorinated or over fluoridated, both of which can lead to long-term health problems. The healthiest drinking water contains none of these things.

I’ve been drinking distilled water for 30 years. I’m 71 and take no medicine. Have no aches or pain. Just went back to a full time teaching job, lol.

1. Distilled water
2. RO water
3. Bottled water in glass
4. Spring water without contaminants
*Add electrolyte drops to distilled/RO water*

Thank You... For taking the time to put this very important information out there.
I have been an Exercise Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist for nearly 30 years, and I still find it quite sad how many people have practically no interest in their true health, and then constantly complain about 'getting old' and having all kinds of pains and ailments.
So many people will join a gym and start doing a little bit of exercise, which is definitely a good start, but they will not get serious about their food and water intake. And even more people have no understanding of the value of quality massage therapy and proper stretching, as well as very simple meditation practices.
I do my best, one client at time, to help educate those who are willing to listen.
And it's very satisfying when I get a client who actually listens and continues to ask questions.
Good luck to all of you looking to improve your health.

Thank you! As a chemistry teacher, this is a topic that causes a lot of confusion to students. The concepts (and the difference between) concentration and pH of acid or base are used interchangeably and incorrectly in society. Thank you again for the scientific/common sense approach to all of your topics!

So my husbands question to me was...”what do you mean your new Doctor is a youtube Doctor?” Yep, I no longer trust my personal doctor.

The Chief Engineer at a Texas city water processing plant once said (I heard): "We don't test the water for the presence of medications, pesticides or herbicides because there is no regulation to do so and we're not sure what we'd do about it if we found some'

I've been drinking distilled water for the last year and one thing that I don't have anymore is heartburn! I bought a counter top distiller, holds about a gallon, and takes about 2.5 hours to distlil out. I've run about a thousand gallons through it, and my body is so much better, ( Not a cure all), but I am older as well (55). My coofee pot has not been cleaned since, no deposits, so think for a second, that's not in my body! I also have a Grid down filter system that I can throw together, and filter out mud puddles, and get very clean drinking water, incase of something crazy! Not a berky, but home made and can do much more! Do your homework! Crazy times! God Bless!

As a missionary, exposed to many different waters and being "sensitive" to different waters, we have only used distilled water for almost 40 years and my bones are still in tact... a simple home steam distiller does the trick, and confessed, we drink plastic jug distilled water all along as necessary from travels, still kicking'..

Plastic also leaves residue in the water and plastic particulates. So yes, avoid! Our tap water here is from a glacier. Never any issues with it .
And thanks for all your wonderful advice. I’m a better, healthier physically and mentally person in part due to your great advice. 🙂

I might add...stop over drinking water. This notion of drinking a gallon a day is just crazy shit. Drink when you’re thirsty, regardless the type of water. Great video, Dr berry .

Hello Dr. Berry! I found your video about "The Dangers and Benefits of Alkaline Water" very interesting and educational. One thing I try to do is take care of my health. I have Epilepsy Seizures which was hereditary from my father's side of the family in which I have both petit mal and grand mal seizures. Also, I have stomach ulcer, acid reflux, and high triglycerides. I take prescription medications for all of these specific conditions. I used to work in a warehouse and ended up having a seizure on the job. My previous neurologist/epileptologist mentioned to me that I was drinking the wrong type of water. This is what was offered at my old job at the time in the warehouse. They either would provide the brands of Dasani, Aquafina, and/or Crystal Geyser. I lived in a different state at the time when my seizure occurred. He told me that a person with Epilepsy Seizures is supposed to drink Alkaline Water or PH balanced water. I moved to a different state back in 2022 and currently do a remote job sitting down as an ESL Teacher and Academic Tutor. I do walk everywhere by exercising just to let you know. I was informed by a medical professional the following things: "Alkaline Water can raise your blood pressure due to it having sodium in it." Some questions I have for you are as follows: Is it true that Alkaline Water has sodium in it? Is it true that Alkaline Water can raise your blood pressure? What do you think is the best type of water for me to drink due to my health condition? The only reason I switched to drinking alkaline water was so that way my seizures would stay under control, have enough electrolytes in my body, and I would stay hydrated. Many times when I have drunk Drinking Water, Purified Drinking Water, or Mountain Spring Water this hasn't kept me hydrated enough. All the seizures I have had previously were mostly because of either me already being dehydrated, having dehydration beforehand, or due to stress. What are your suggestions and recommendations?

Great, you are confirming what we have been doing for about 30 years. We have a reverse osmosis system and use this water for cooking, drinking, making coffee and tea. Thanks for the good advice we are still on the best path.

Ingesting clean water is essential. We just installed a whole-house water filter system (not RO). It removes chlorine, chloramine, fluoride, heavy metals, pesticides, insecticides, viruses, fungi, volatile organic chemicals, etc. We are really happy with the taste of this water for drinking and cooking as well as knowing we are no longer showering or bathing in this chemically loaded water.

I live in a rural area and I collected rain water in clean glass containers. Almost 100% of the time it tasted like burnt rubber. I've heard this from folks from other areas. Rain water these days can have a host of nasty contaminants.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! You're the first doctor that has said this.
You just confirmed something that I've been saying for years - chlorine and fluoride in tap water can block absorption of iodine; also bromine (preservative in grain products). Just look at a periodic table.
We couldn't put an reverse osmosis system in our house - cost and family trust stuff.
So, what I do is to put tap water into my 1 gallon glass jars, add cilantro, basil or parsley, cover with a cloth, and let sit overnight. When I get up in the morning, I remove the plant matter and put it into compost can (it absorbed the fluoride) and stir to break up any bubbles on the side of the jars (chlorine gas is unstable and will evaporate out of water after a few hours, some may form bubbles on the side of glass or jar). Put the lids on and use them for cooking and drinking (1 goes into the fridge).
Easy peasy.
Thanks for all of your hard work researching and making the videos that share this much needed info.

I bought a ZEROWATER pitcher at Walmart. Local water tests at 300 ppm disolved solids in it. One pass through the filter pitcher and it tests out at zero ppm disolved solids. Water looks incredible in a glass. Tastes awesome. 22 dollars.
