Hi from a small village in the Galilee. I have a ceramic filter for the house and RO for drinking water. No one at the water filtration company bothered to tell me I might want to add some extra electrolytes to my cup (there are minerals added back in through a separate part of the filtration system, but apparently not enough), and I went around for many months with heartburn not realizing it was the RO water. While investigating different water systems online, I came across two comments by people with similar discomfort. I purchased Concentrace Mineral Drops from iHerb and started using them immediately - and immediately, my stomach felt better. There are critics of Concentrace out there, and perhaps there is good reason, but I've been using them for a couple of years with good results.

I drink distilled water or RO filtered water. I live in a travel trailer in a small rural campground. We have a spring fed lake and woods all around, but also farms, that still spray their fields. I know that the campground must have the well water tested twice a year. I'm going to ask to see that water testing report. Thanks for reminding me, Dr. Osborne! Have a most blessed weekend!!

Good info. What's the cost of these?
I use distilled water for everything. It costs me $1.30 per 19 liters (5 gallons). But i might move to a different place with more expensive electric.

For drinking I found it was more affordable to buy bottled from Nestle, which has zero Fluoride. From what I have read though, the bigger problem is bathing as Fluoride is easily absorbed through the skin. In fact, more than you could ever drink. The only way I know of to remove the fluoride that shouldn’t be there in the first place is to use reverse osmosis for the entire home. Not realistic or affordable. Sad. Most countries have stopped putting fluoride in their water systems. Not the US. Maybe it’s because companies that make certain fertilizers have no where else to dump some of their toxic chemical byproducts. I have red that they can combine a few and make some form of fluoride to dump in the water supply. Only in America 😢.
Again these are things that I have read over the past few years, my memory may not be entirely accurate.

What is a good option if you live in an apartment and can't really place a house filtration system? Also, a reverse osmosis bottle of water is good to drink considering we add the electrolytes? Thank you for the videos.

RO...nope. Interesting that a few decades ago I worked at a car wash when I went to college. The RO water was labeled do not drink. That made sense. Now we had an RO filter system in the house. 4 people in the family have all developed joint pain, one developed brittle bones and other just not feeling well symptoms. Stopped the RO water and 2 weeks later all symptoms have disappeared except for the brittle bones she died as the result of a broken hip. There are minerals we need in water that get stripped out with RO. It also washes your electrolytes out.

Do you sell these anywhere in Canada? Your shipping is over twice the cost of one bottle of these. Add the exchange rate and it’s much too costly.

I just bought a ZEROWATER filter pitcher $34.00 and it’s awesome, it filters 99% of fluoride, and using the total dissolved solids tester, it tests 0.00% tds.
