A little bit of Himalayan salt for electrolyte and some lemon/lime for alkaline and flavor ❤.
If you food already has alot of salt then you can skip added it to the water

The question asked is different from the question answered. Caller asked specifically about remineralizing purified water for use in coffee / espresso machines to prevent damage to the internal parts of the machine and to produce great tasting coffee. This is addressed on the Barista Hustle website and elsewhere, but is not addressed in this video clip.

What’s the cheapest way to remineralize water?

The drops are pricy, there must be a cheaper way to keep and add those minerals.

Unfortunately 99% of all vegetables found for sale has so much chemicals pumped into it it's not worth eating your greens anymore. I switched to a red meat diet only and improved my health 10 fold. I do thing that a vegan diet is the healthier option but only in the case that its 100% organically maintained soil which doesn't exist.

that was weak. Trace mineral drops sound good but expensive. You should aim for hundreds of miligrams per liter of calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron etc. It's pounds per year. I wanna know the cheap formula. I bought a kilogram of magnesium chloride, potassium chloride and found out that it's too bitter to use them all. There's just too much chloride. There has to be a rock that will leach pure calcium and magnesium. Maybe it is the dolomite but people say it's not very effective (because the water isnt acidic) I could nerd it out by using calcium hydroxide and then neutralizing the water with CO2 but it's too much labor, measuring each on a scale, calculating molar masses of each salt, measuring pH etc. So I keep drinking RO water and buying mineral water so that I dont die from it

“Cleaning up your environment by wasting 4 gallons for every 1 you drink.”

If you’re water is too hard or you live in flint Michigan- cut your tap water with r/o water. That way you aren’t wasting so much using 100% r/o and you are cutting the tds in your tap water.
