Fix: Steam Download Speed Stuck at 0 / Download Speed drops to 0 (2020)

In this video I'm going to show you how to Fix: Steam Download Speed Stuck at 0 / Download Speed drops to 0 (2020).

3. Flush Steam config and DNS: Run Command : steam://flushconfig
4. Disable Diagnostics Tracking Service : CMD Commands :
sc stop DiagTrack
sc delete DiagTrack

Another fix that worked for me:
1. Try all the steps in the video, making sure that Steam is properly closed
2. Restart your computer
3. Go to your ‘steamapps’ folder (you can find it through going to any game in your Steam library, right clicking on it, going to manage, browse local files, and back to ‘steamapps’ at the top
4. Go to the ‘downloading’ folder
5. Delete everything there (yes, you will have to start your download, but hey, it’s better than not being able to download at all)
6. After that, relaunch Steam and try downloading again

If that still doesn’t work, you can try going into offline mode in Steam (clicking on the Steam button at the top left corner, then clicking ‘go offline’. Then, go back into online mode by repeating the same process. This might also be a fix for you.

If none of these things work, there may be a problem with your wifi adapter or router.

Just a tip yall, if you’re doing family share with another user, flushing the steam diag in solution 3 of this video will undo all of that. Which means you’ll have to get your friend’s help to set up family share with the libraries again

bro I rarely comment on yt videos but just had to say thank you. fr I can't believe this worked. I've tried so many fixes in the past and none of them worked, my speed would drop to zero and I just didnt know why but you literally just fixed it, Idk which fix exactly did it but for those wondering I paused at 5:20 and unpaused a download on steam and the speed shot up to 70mb and just stays that way.
