Didnt work for me my download is 100% complete it just drops to 0 bites when it installs is (when it tries to finalise the download)

I don't think this solves most peoples problems but this definitely fixed mine to be a little bit more better. Download speed just doesn't drop to 0 that often. Download speed on steam might be server/client sided or maybe it has something to do with your pc because my brother's pc downloads completely fine compared to mine even thought my pc is better in general but I don't know just a guess, could be wrong.

didnt help, donwload keeps going from 13mbs to 0 and back to 13 every 20 seconds.
