The fact that millions of people also struggle with anxiety, can also make you feel that YOU having anxiety is actually irrelevant, and that there is a lot of people having it worse than you. Idk if someone feels that way, but I really do and this video made me realize of that feeling that I knew I had, but never could explain.

I am tired of dealing with anxiety, i just wanna be normal again, i just wanna feel light again, i tried sooo hard to change this horrible feeling, it keeps holding me back even if i had to do a simple task, also it keeps on holding me back and making me emotional, i’m not an emotional person but it gets me and I simply can’t control it, I wish it could go away and i wish i will be normal and happy again
