One symptom that really affects me that doesn't seem widely talked about is sweating (not just sweaty palms). I get anxious in public, which makes me sweat, which makes me more anxious that people are looking at/judging me for it...and you can see that's a vicious cycle.

I’m so glad that people are starting to be more aware of anxiety. I was diagnosed with adhd when I was 8. Some of the side effects of adhd is overthinking and getting overwhelmed easily. This caused me to have some anxiety problems were I would stress so much I would pick my skin, bite my nails, and pull my hair. I got diagnosed with Trichotillomania and lost all of my hair. Luckily all my hair has grown back it took 3 years to get it back completely and now I’m on my medications again. Make sure you catch it early before it transforms into something you can’t control anymore.

I see Gojo, scaramouche, mikasa, eren and armin, I'm happy. For real though this made me learn a lot about myself. I already knew that I have anxiety, because I've been diagnosed and take medication for it, but I experience all but one of these symptoms. I'm glad to know I'm not dying :) Thank you so much for making this!!

Psychedelics definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it's just so hard to source here

In addition to these symptoms I would add rage. In a situation that would normally make me irritated I go straight to full rage with maximum heart rate. My pulse is so high and hard that I hear it and feel my arteries pounding on my neck and it takes a lot of mental effort and a long while before I can make it go away.

I struggle with chronic anxiety. Most of it is social but I do still get random anxiety even when I’m home alone. Everything you’ve talked about I relate to 100%

I love how Mikasa is the example for feeling cold because of her scarf

I have worried about these random pains and aches for a long time now.
I know I probably have anxiety as well, so this gave me quite the relief.
Thanks for another amazing video!
Also I haven’t been professionally diagnosed, I just know I stress about anything and everything, and sometimes nothing at all. I’ve just learned to cope with it 😁

I was diagnose with severe GAD and social anxiety pretty late but i already knew that i had anxiety and other problems along with that for like my whole life so i learned more about it to understand it and it’ll all made sense,
anxiety has affected and ruined every single aspect of my life. I don’t even remember a time where i wasn’t anxious and going through the dreadful physical and mental symptoms or fearing of having another panic attack and another anxiety attack. I don’t know if its ever gonna get better

I got diagnosed with severe anxiety when i was 5, so i basically grew up with it. Not a moment in my life did i remember not feeling anxious at all. Ive found ways to calm my nerves and is often better when I’m with the people i love but its always still there lingering somewhere, and I hate it. Having an anxiety attack over the smallest of things for almost 12 years drives someone insane, , i honestly dont know how i am going to live with this constant discomfort for the rest of my life.

I've suffered from anxiety for all of my life. My mom was the type that wouldn't hit you. She would just destroy you until you hated yourself and questioned your self worth. Until you stopped doing that because you KNEW you weren't worth anything. I was doing much better, or so I thought. Then I quit my mediocre finance job that wanted me to commute 2 hours each way for a commission job, from home, doing the same thing I used to do I got physically sick. Not because of the job and the rock of failure. But, because I Knew my mom would destroy me emotionally for not just commuting.

This time I got ahead of her. I told her that I'm telling her something that is going to piss her off and I hadn't said anything earlier because she literally makes me sick and tries to destroy me. She didn't say a word and we've never spoken about it again. I feel better now. 😌 Let's hope that this is permanent progress.

I recently had a reevaluation of my goals to accomplish in therapy, which is when I discovered that GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) had been added to my diagnostic list.

I'm not surprised, but I'm kind-of relieved because it's official: people generally don't argue with/invalidate you as much when you have an official diagnosis and it's not "just you" or "all in your head."

I don't mean to self-diagnose myself but.. this is hitting hard. My hands and feet are always either burning hot or freezing cold, along with hives and stomach problems. I'm not sure what to do but thank you for this video <3

Im someone who has had anxiety since age 9, and i really never got treated for it till i was older, cause my mother didn't feel safe putting me on medication. Let me tell you, anxiety sucks. The sad part is people are trying to fake it. Its not like they knew how much we overthink, Hallucinate ourselves paranoid, stay up till dawn, avoid reaction with people scared they will scream or think something bad, Cant go outside cause of fear of death, stomach aches 24/7, feeling of throwing up when nervous, hyperventilating over little things, itching my skin till its red over a stupid test. And etc. Never fake a mental health condition for validation, till you figure out what the hell it actually is.
