I could remember several years ago I was diagnosed with ADHD. Also suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms

I’m scared of being judged because I won’t know how to verbally defend myself.

The harsh reality is that no matter how hard you try to break out of it it always seems to come back after doing good for a short period of time. Sometimes I will be confident for a small period and think that I figured it out, but then wake up the next morning and it’s like a reset button and I have to start all over again😔. I pray abt it to go away in hopes that one day I won’t be held back by anxiety and can live freely.

As a black man my social anxiety hits harder and different. The world already hates me for my American dark skin, but the struggles have crushed me into the abyss of loneliness and confusion. I work every single day just to keep myself busy from distractions.

"It doesn't go away with familiarity" that one is the hardest for me. It is horrible to feel like you are about to meet someone for the first time everytime you meet with a friend that you have known for years. It never goes away.

I have lived with 2 friends for years and I would still get anxiety whenever I would leave my room. Sometimes to the point where I would need to go to the bathroom and hold it in until they would leave. And these are two people thay I considered my best friends....

I'm a veteran, was actually addicted to alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe anxiety and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

Don't worry— you are not alone. Just remember everything will be okay, people may be judging, but don't let that stop you. It is completely normal to feel awkward, scared, shy, anxious or panic when you felt like you faced too many people. Take a deep breath and believe in yourself, relax, trust me, if you have true friends, they won't judge you at all. Even if there's cases where you are invited to a party, it's your choice and i'm sure they will understand. But why don't overcome your fears? Believe in yourself and people, believe that they won't press you, and it should be easy. Just don't rush, there's time, when you are ready, stand up and strike a conversation. Here's a small tip, be yourself, be natural, don't rehearse conversations and topics, just let it flow to you. Friendly and comfortable conversations are when it's not forced and it comes out of your mind. Hopes this helps, i once have social anxiety myself, i believe in you, you can do it too. ❤️
