Today is another belly fat loss workout that you can do everyday in order for you to turn your dream into reality. This program aims to work your core and burn the fat in your stomach and work those belly fat to sculpt and tone your tummy in just 2 weeks!

Do this workout on a daily basis and eat a healthy, low-calorie diet if you want to see faster results. Results of course differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. At best you can see results in 2 weeks if you keep it up and stay disciplined!

Ok so im gonna do this for 2 whole weeks
-WEEK 1-
Day1✅ (it was GREAT!)
Day2✅ (GOOOODD!)

Day4✅(GREAAT!)
Day5✅( good, i wasn’t that motivated)
Day6✅(did it, no motivation at all)
Day7✅(DONE!!!)
-WEEK2-
Day8✅(Same as always)
Day9✅(nice)
Day10✅(I got my period but instead i did another workout)
Day11✅(super good)
Day12❌(no time)
Day13✅(great)
Day14✅FINISHED
Results:
I recommend it to everyone because it helps a lot. My stomach got flat and also shaped, it looks amazing!!!
I lost 2 kg in 2 weeks wich is very good because I just started and everyone has a different weight loss way so I’m happy and I’m going to do it till I reach my dream body.

Hi I'm 13 and 67 kg my goal is 54 kg sooo... here I go:
Day 1 ✅= feeling a lot of stretch in my body
Day 2 ✅= no changes yet, only the second day
Day 3 ✅= lost 2 lbs, 11 days to go!!!😄🥲
Day 4 ✅= lost one more pound, still making progress. Woo, Breakfast sounds good rn
Day 5 ✅= see lots results, so proud for sticking through
Day 6 ✅= can do this lot easier, thank goodness

i'm currently 5'5 and 155lbs, starting this tomorrow morning! i don't care if this doesn't actually take 2 weeks, my goal is 130 by august/september! 💕

I'm years late but I'm going to try this! I'm 13 and I'm super overweight and I need to lose weight. I get bullied too.
I'm not sharing my weight cuz im not comfortable but my goal of weight to lose is 10 pounds for now and keep going!
