This is so me in absolutely every way! All 10! I love leading, I crave organization, and I love being productive! If at the end of the day, I realize that I didn’t get anything done I get super sad with myself and do better the next day. (This happens very rarely) I’m also such a busybody! Omfg, fear of failure, that's it, I love winning, I'm not necessarily competitive, but I want to be successful in my own lane 😂 Having adhd and being goals / task motivated is a hell on earth, I'm terrible at consistency but it's all I desire, i will probably feel like a worthless piece of trash my entire life and I'm okay with that, despite being the most hard working person of all my colleagues haha 😂 ENFP 3W4

I would just add that for a type 3 it’s often not about having nice things for the sake of having them or even for what those nice things do for you but it’s more about how those things enhance the overall public appearance your creating. For example if purchasing a watch a type three will be more inclined to purchase a name brand item than another type would be even though it is more expensive and doesn’t have any additional features, it doesn’t just tell you the time, it adds to the status of the overall outfit

It's still summer in Florida too! I've been looking into the tri-types and I have to say quite a bit about the 3 really spoke to me. I think I may be 739. The things with three that really resonated with me: Being able to check things off. The name brand things to a certain degree. The "They can't do it as well as me" (YIKES! and ouch!). Seeking to avoid failure - oh...my...So, I really felt like I was supposed to be a Worship Leader. My Pastor trained me in all the various things I would need to know about picking our music and having the songs flow well, and other stuff. I was doing EVERYTHING but actually leading. So, one day during Worship the Pastor needed to go check something with the sound system so he left me leading that song as he walked back toward the platform, he got to the front row and jut stopped there. Yep! he pushed me right out of the nest to show me I COULD do it! It was scary but I survived and even thrived in leading worship. But that was definitely me not wanting to fail. Oh, and the wanting to win. The seven in me wants everybody to be happy so I can play the part of the good sport. But deep inside. I REALLY want to win

Yes I don’t think that I’ve achieved enough! Even though I’ve set goals and done things that other people won’t do, I still feel like I need to work towards the next best thing. I even get down on myself instead of being content when things slow down

Thanks for this video! Great stuff. The more I watch the more I settle into 3w4 ... I’m ENFP in MBTI and always kind of wanted to be a 7. If I’d had a different upbringing maybe I would have been ...? But I’m on maternity leave still answering mails sometimes lol. To me shallow wins are like cake icing and deep wins are like okra and I want the danged vegetables lol. I despise shallow wins in principle and in a rather pretentious way ... am much more sensitive than it seems a 3 should be. Yet I do place a lot of value on my resume as a checking in point on my self worth. Not even neurotically anymore, and I do have a core fear of worthlessness but now that’s something I feel a lot more mastery over. Point 9 is 100% true, I’ve put 12 years of constant work into getting what I want (citizenship in another country), can turn on extreme discipline where needed. Only differences are I despise hierarchical “leadership” I only do leading by example or service leadership (ENFP thing maybe), and I completely despise ostentatious show of brands (but everything I wear is curated and on purpose, I have some nice handbags, and the stuff I care about like musical instruments I only want the best ones lol). Interesting! Just getting back into enneagrams today after 25 years: yes, I’m a 5, ‘the investigator’. We accumulate/consume knowledge about our passion projects, especially on esoteric subjects. Long story short: enneagram type-3s def correlate with strong Leo placements ☺️🦁

I adore nice things, to me, nothing is better than high quality items. It just has to be solid, really good things(and i seek them out). I do worry about being on time, doing things efficiently and well. I have often thought that i was best served by myself. Vanity is a word that resonates with me, i have to look good and i appreciate refinement. I might have to look into how i love or relate to winning, but i have been competitive before.I struggle to slow down and just appreciate what i have, it lead me to fatigue(which i still suffer from), and unhappiness really.The thought of leading is fulfilling to me, it brings me to life, however i have fears around that also.

I understand now why my 5 wing is much stronger lol. I did relate to some of these though. I do like to give the illusion that I’m responsible and I’m doing what I need to be doing even if I’m not actually doing it. I do not like failure or wasting time on something to find out that it didn’t go accordingly. It’s embarrassing sometimes. I am very hard on myself with my standards of quality and I do expect the same level of work working with other people. In some cases, yes, I’d rather be in charge calling all the final shots. In other instances, no. I don’t want that responsibility. And yes, I do like nice high quality products. Though the name brand isn’t always important. It just has to be worth what I’m paying for. And finally I will definitely be that person saving up to by the thing I want and I will research it before buying it.
