Wow when you wear out your body you sleep better. More people would learn this if they trained

I saw a video of him saying that you should exercise at morning . In this one he's saying timing doesn't matter 🤔

What if we have tinnitus? I was outside for four hours the other day and still couldn’t get to sleep … I knew I was just lying in bed with my eyes closed.. no where near sleep

Seems to be the doctors who look skinny fat that say cardio is key but the most healthiest people or most in shape people will tell you only small amounts of cardio and it’s within sprints and lifts not long distance

If only it were that simple. Exercise increases adrenaline and cortisol levels and if youre someone whose body has a problem controlling those levels then it can make your sleep worse. Sleep is so critical and yet so elusive for some people.

Erm… you’re not supposed to be doing any exercise except for maybe yoga at 9 pm right before sleeping.
