Ive never heard anyone say, "don't rely on anyone to fix you, learn to fix yourself" Such a powerful statement for me considering for years I've believed that the chiro, physio, massage therapist are the ones that can fix me. Never have i thought that I can actually fix myself. Very intriguing indeed. Thank you for this inspiring message.

Thank God I have discovered this I have sciatica since January this year.
Today I did what you said to : WALK STRAIGHT UP AND SIT STRAIGHT I AM PAIN FREE SOFAR FOR THE WHOLE WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!!!

I COOKED A FULL SUNDAY LUNCH, I CLEANED MY HOUSE, DID WASHING WITHOUT ANY

I was a real skeptic, but the McKenzie Method works! I have been doing these stretches for about a month now. I have a slipped disc and a bulging disc right above it. These exercises (if you can call them that, they are so easy) have really helped me get my spine settled and the pain gets less every day. Centralization works. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain if it works for you too!

I used Dr Ho's youtube video titled "7 exercises for back pain using the McKenzie Method". Good luck!

I have scoliosis an have been disabled since 37yrs old and I’m 52yrs old now. I have been, as you can imagine, through every kind of Dr. and therapist and pain clinic you can imagine. This presentation was the most informative and practical that I have ever seen!!! Thank you so much! I wish I had come across your teaching yrs ago and maybe then I wouldn’t have ended up here. I am going to start doing the things I’ve learned on here immediately and maybe, God willing, I can finally get off pain meds an actually start living a more fulfilling life with out so much pain! This is the best ever seminar for Sciatica. He nailed it with everything he said in this video. My herniated disc has recovered by lying on my stomach and lifting my elbows on the bed every night (the McKenzie post). Also, don't sit too much and always on your feet. Moving is the best mechanic for your body.

A week ago i was crying out in pain...back, buttock and leg. I read about the mckenzie excersises and now yesterday i was in a bowling competition with 6 games. Almost no pain when i played. Today...feeling just fine! Thank u mckenzie 😊

I must be gratefully you sir. I was suffering backpain more than 5 years. I just realized what happened with me. I can't tell my happiness with words. No one doctor explained this root cause with my illness. Actually your are a great son of your soil. I must be thankfully your parents also giving a great human being to this earth such kind of you. i’m a 20 year student who has been slouching a lot for the past year because of covid, about 1 month ago, i hurt my back while helping a friend move. my back pain disappeared after 3-4 days however 2weeks later i began noticing that my butt was falling asleep a lot. i just watched this and while watching entered the mckenzie position and about 5 min in this position i noticed all of the tension suddenly release and travel up my back . i am so thankful that i came across this video close to when my sciatica began mildly. i’m now focusing on my posture much more, thank you doctor . you helped me learn smth very important before moderate or serious pain

An incredible instructor. You will learn a lot about your back and how it works easily- and why insurance companies resist MRIs. Mine led to surgeries that I regret- they made things worse.

This is the kind of medicine we need.

wow, suffered with sciatica for over decade, I knew a bit but this bloke makes complete sense 100%. No more second guessing what I should / shouldn't be doing. Even NHS physio doctors think its hamstring na its sciatica related, still in the dark ages in uk, need this chap over here!

I was rear ended at a red light last august and after all of the appointments, shots, and medicine this video is the first thing to make my on going pain make sense. Very informative

I have suffered for the past 4 yrs with back and hip pain, which in the past 4 months has developed into severe sciatic pain traveling down my right leg. I also have numbness and tingling in both legs and feet. I have been to numerous doctors and had spine MRI'S which show disc herniation, stenosis and nerve compression at L4-L5. As the pain in my right leg is intermittent and improves as the day progresses, I am very encouraged by the presentation Dr. Suprun gave. It was easy to understand and made more sense to me than anything I have heard yet! The trick now is finding a PT that practices the McKenzie Method. I live in the Los Angeles suburbs and hope to find one close to home! Thank you for a very informative video!!

My physiotherapist sent me this video. He clearly follows this method and only after a few days of doing 15 cobras every 2-3 hours, I'm feeling less and less pain in the activities that used to give me pain (long walks, standing doing dishes, picking up my 1 year old etc.). So excited to see where this takes me.

This video is without a doubt the best video about this subject I have ever seen. Everybody looked at me like I was crazy for saying I had massive pain and could barely live after a cough or sneeze. After suffering for year I finally did an MRI do find I had a bulging disc. It is very encouraging to know that I might be able to avoid this in the future by paying more attention to my movement. Thanks for the video!
